Cancellation Policy

This policy describes order cancellation eligibility and refund processing for cancelled orders.

1. Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may request cancellation before your order is dispatched. Once cancellation is confirmed by LilAura, the order will be cancelled.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch

Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch. Post-dispatch issues are handled only through our Returns, Refunds and Replacements Policy.

3. Refund for Approved Cancellations

For approved pre-dispatch cancellations of paid orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer and usually completed within 5 to 7 business days.
